Peter is a seasoned services delivery and technical support leader, with over 10 years of experience in building and leading Support organizations. His previous experience includes supporting business critical software and technologies, ranging from database software to Artificial Intelligence, with Fortune 100 customers as clients.

XAPT understands that XAPT solutions are at the core of its customers operations, and is dedicated to keep investing in Support, positioning itself as a trusted vendor in which customers can always rely on.

Prior to joining XAPT, Peter managed the EMEA Support at Cloudera, supporting Big Data and Artificial Intelligence products at Fortune 100 companies all over the world. Before that, he managed Global Support at Percona, a database consulting company, with technology powering the most well-known services, such as social media, online booking sites, among others. He specializes himself in leading cross-cultural, globally dispersed teams. Peter holds a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Buckingham.
